Examiner Terms of Service

1. Examiner Responsibilities

As an examiner on this platform, you agree to conduct all mock speaking tests fairly, impartially, and in accordance with the standards of the relevant exam (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, Duolingo, or other supported exam types). You must demonstrate a proficiency level of C1 or above (or the corresponding level for the exam type you conduct) and possess the knowledge required to evaluate speaking performance accurately.

2. Qualification Verification

You agree to upload evidence of your language proficiency during onboarding. Accepted documents include official score reports, certificates, or any proof demonstrating C1 or higher proficiency (or the equivalent level for your exam type). An official examiner certificate is not required. The platform reserves the right to suspend your account pending verification review or if any document is found to be fraudulent or misrepresented.

3. Session Recording & AI Analysis

Sessions are recorded via Recall.ai for quality assurance and AI-assisted scoring. You must inform students before each session that it will be recorded. Recordings are stored securely. The platform reserves the right to share recordings on its official YouTube channel for educational and promotional purposes. Such recordings may include your voice and likeness; personal information will be redacted where possible, or explicit written consent will be obtained from all parties prior to publication. 4. Payments & Fees

You will receive payment after each completed session minus the platform service fee (currently 20%). Payments are processed via Stripe, Payme, or Click depending on your configured payout method. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

Fikr-mulohaza muddati: Siz har bir yakunlangan sessiya bo'yicha yozma fikr-mulohazani yozuv qayta ishlanib bo'lgandan so'ng 24 soat ichida taqdim etishingiz shart. Agar fikr-mulohaza ushbu muddatda taqdim etilmasa, siz ushbu sessiya uchun to'lovdan mahrum bo'lasiz — sizning ulushingiz talabaga qaytariladi, platforma komissiyasi esa qaytarilmaydi. Sessiya bo'yicha AI baholash faqat siz fikr-mulohaza taqdim etganingizdan keyin yoki fikr-mulohaza taqdim etilmagan holda 24 soatlik muddat tugagandan keyin yaratiladi.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a session within 24 hours of the scheduled time without sufficient cause may result in a penalty deducted from your next payout. Repeated cancellations may lead to account suspension.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to treat all students with respect, maintain professional conduct during sessions, provide honest and constructive feedback, and never share student data outside the platform.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the examiner relationship at any time. Pending payouts for completed sessions will be honoured. The platform may immediately suspend access for violations of these terms.
