Examiner Terms of Service

1. Examiner Responsibilities

As an examiner on this platform, you agree to conduct all mock speaking tests fairly, impartially, and in accordance with the standards of the relevant exam (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, Duolingo, or other supported exam types). You must demonstrate a proficiency level of C1 or above (or the corresponding level for the exam type you conduct) and possess the knowledge required to evaluate speaking performance accurately.

2. Qualification Verification

You agree to upload evidence of your language proficiency during onboarding. Accepted documents include official score reports, certificates, or any proof demonstrating C1 or higher proficiency (or the equivalent level for your exam type). An official examiner certificate is not required. The platform reserves the right to suspend your account pending verification review or if any document is found to be fraudulent or misrepresented.

3. Session Recording & AI Analysis

Sessions are recorded via Recall.ai for quality assurance and AI-assisted scoring. You must inform students before each session that it will be recorded. Recordings are stored securely. The platform reserves the right to share recordings on its official YouTube channel for educational and promotional purposes. Such recordings may include your voice and likeness; personal information will be redacted where possible, or explicit written consent will be obtained from all parties prior to publication. Examiners who do not wish a particular session to be published must notify the platform support team before the session date. For full details, see our Privacy & Policy.

4. Payments & Fees

You will receive payment after each completed session minus the platform service fee (currently 20%). Payments are processed via Stripe, Payme, or Click depending on your configured payout method. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

Срок подачи отзыва: Вы обязаны предоставить письменный отзыв по каждой завершённой сессии в течение 24 часов после завершения обработки записи. Если отзыв не будет предоставлен в этот срок, вы теряете право на оплату за эту сессию — ваша часть оплаты будет возвращена студенту, при этом комиссия платформы не возвращается. ИИ-оценка сессии формируется только после того, как вы предоставите отзыв, либо после истечения 24-часового срока, если отзыв не был предоставлен.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a session within 24 hours of the scheduled time without sufficient cause may result in a penalty deducted from your next payout. Repeated cancellations may lead to account suspension.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree to treat all students with respect, maintain professional conduct during sessions, provide honest and constructive feedback, and never share student data outside the platform.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the examiner relationship at any time. Pending payouts for completed sessions will be honoured. The platform may immediately suspend access for violations of these terms.
